Enjoyed its supper friendly staff.

Good location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. It was steps away from Fence downtown.

Perfect location close to a local pub, beautiful surroundings and the restaurant over the road, early check-in.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was ideal for what we needed. The location of the hotel was handy, in beautiful surroundings. The bar was pretty fabulous.

The setting is amazing, so close to a great pub serving very good food, Burnley, and the restaurant over the road, very nice area. Furthermore, it is 2 km from the touristic places like animal pound.

The hotel had indeed a stunning location on the immediate area. Enjoyed our rooms with good facilities.

Lovely overall experience. Impeccably clean, hip new hotel with efficient staff. Easy to get to, unbeatable location just off the venue's nearby pub, and the restaurant. 5 minutes' walk to St Anne's Church.

The location offered was particularly good just off a fabulous pub, and Clitheroe. The super friendly staff gave good recommendations.

I had beautifully designed and soundproof room with a nice bathroom, shouting continuing until past midnight, as example. Had convenient decoration. The location was good in the very nice area.

This location was stunning, just off a local pub for lunch, the restaurant over the road and pendle hill. The staff was amicable, and with great personal attitude. Got fashionable, practical room for telephone.
